Important Notice: SmartWalt is not a bank or a financial advisor. The Service provides information and automation tools for personal finance organization. All financial decisions are your responsibility.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree that using biometrics on your device is voluntary and that you will keep your device secure.
Use the Service only for lawful personal or business finance management.
SmartWalt may offer free and paid features. Pricing and inclusions will be shown at checkout or within your account.
When you record bills and mark them as paid, the Service can automatically create corresponding expenses and deduct from wallet/balance and budgets. Ensure that recorded amounts and categories are accurate before payment to avoid unintended deductions.
Budget enforcement may prevent creating expenses that exceed remaining overall or category allocations. You are responsible for configuring budgets and categories to reflect your intent.
The Service may generate insights, summaries, anomaly flags, or suggestions (e.g., spending trends, bill reminders, or goal planning).

We may send transactional emails (e.g., OTP, password reset, account notices) and in-app/OS notifications (e.g., bill reminders). You can manage some preferences in your settings. Critical service emails may be required.
We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We employ reasonable security measures and industry practices (e.g., Password hashing and signed tokens).
However, no system is perfectly secure; use the Service at your own risk. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your data.
The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., email providers). We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, security, or compliance.
SmartWalt, including its UI, APIs, content, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.
Our total aggregate liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. You may terminate by closing your account at any time.
We may modify features or these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan (without regard to conflict-of-laws rules). Courts in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable laws require otherwise in your place of residence.
